This Vacant Building came to life when this Retail (Clothing and Home Items) Client purchased the building to open another large store; this now successful store is located Paterson, NJ.  The historic building old building needed a lot of work therefore it was fully renovated to include 4 stories of retail area (the basement level too) with storage and offices on the top floor.
