The Owners love to share this beautiful 12,000 square foot Nantucket vacation home with family and friends therefore it was fully renovated into a welcoming beautiful summer get away retreat! The old swimming pool was removed to gain more floor space on the interior. The home has comfortable living quarters to easily sleep 20 plus people, 10 bathrooms, a theater-media room, a gorgeous dining room, an office, a bar, several kitchens, and a beautiful courtyard with a fishpond.
To create private areas for the family the home was thoughtfully divided into 3 separate wings:
- The Other Side: For the Mr. and Mrs.-the Owners of the Estate
- The Other Side: Has 2 distinct areas.
a) One apartment for the Daughter
b) One apartment for the Son and Daughter-in-Law.
Each area can easily be separated off with private entrances or combined together for summer fun…which is more often the case!
